Fear of failure won’t ever get you anywhere

I have always wanted to write a book, so I finally started writing one. It isn’t finished, it’s not even half written, and it sure ain’t perfect, but honestly, it doesn’t even have to be good. It just needs to exist. It just has to be a reality. It is something that I have always wanted to do, but never acted on because I had been too afraid to do so.

I ended up doing it because I was no longer scared, I didn’t want to live in fear of failure. I was going to write it come positive or negative feedback. I decided that I am not out to win the approval of people that I may never meet or those who have no say in my life. So why not write it, and just let my frustrations and fear go!

I also have wanted to:

write a solo record, learn to fly a helicopter, start a non-profit org, run for parliament or some form of office, and take on the world head on, look it square in the face and smile with that ‘I am not scared of whatever you bring my way’ kind of smile.

Time to face the fear of failure and just do it!
